Domus Tango Marathon

The Domus Tango Marathon was founded in 2024 in the picturesque city of Mérida, Spain, by the passionate organizers Hazine Serquis and Cristina Bortolin. Their vision was to create a vibrant space where tango enthusiasts could immerse themselves in the dance they love, surrounded by the rich culture of Argentina. The inaugural event was designed to be an unforgettable weekend, featuring three days of continuous tango dancing, international DJs, and a complimentary folklore class led by renowned teacher Adrián Coria. The event quickly captured the hearts of participants, establishing itself as a must-attend gathering for tango lovers.

As the years progressed, the Domus Tango Marathon evolved significantly. The first edition in 2024 took place at La Marathon Sala, where attendees enjoyed a spacious dance floor and a welcoming atmosphere. The event's success laid the groundwork for its second edition, scheduled for May 2026, which promises to be even more spectacular. This time, the marathon will be held in a larger venue with a 300 m² dance floor, accommodating up to 250 dancers. The organizers have meticulously planned the event to ensure a seamless experience, with a focus on maintaining a balance between leaders and followers in the dance community.
